The Q is developing a limited takeout window operator program for approved food businesses ready to serve customers directly from our downtown location.
This program is designed for operators who want to prepare food in a permitted kitchen and sell it to the public on scheduled operating days.
Who This Is For
This may be a good fit if you:
- Want to sell food directly to customers
- Can operate on a consistent weekly schedule
- Have a clear menu or food concept
- Are willing to follow food-safety and cleanup standards
- Want to start small without opening a full restaurant
How the Program Works
Approved operators schedule regular operating days at The Q.
During those days, you may use the kitchen to prep, cook, package, and serve food through the Main Street takeout window.
This is a retail operating program, not hourly kitchen rental.
