The Q is a structured, shared-use commercial kitchen and commissary in Boaz designed to help food operators launch, grow, and operate professionally—without the cost of building their own facility.

HOW IT WORKS
- Tour + fit check. We discuss what you produce, your equipment needs, and your expected weekly hours.
- Choose a tier. You select a tier that matches your production schedule (Tier 0 and up).
- Schedule your time. All use is reserved in advance, including setup and cleanup.
- Operate clean and safe. You follow our food-safety-first standards and leave the space ready for the next operator.

Kitchen Access Tiers (monthly)
These are the standard access tiers. Variable operating costs are allocated monthly based on booked hours so pricing stays fair.
- Tier 0: 2 hours — $70
- Tier 1: 4 hours — $120
- Tier 2: 19 hours — $350
- Tier 3: 40 hours — $750
- Tier 4: 65 hours — $1,200
- Tier 5: 120 hours — $3,000

ADD-ONS
Smoker: Smoker (10 foot Lang wood-fired) access is available to tiered operators with scheduled use and a dedicated cleaning program. Operators furnish seasoned hardwood.
Chargrill: Chargrill access is scheduled in 90-minute blocks; the rate includes standard reset supplies and a deep-clean reserve. Operators furnish cooking fuel (charcoal or hardwood).
Commissary Only: A non-production option for mobile/off-site servicing (water fill, gray water disposal where permitted, trash disposal, and scheduled visits).

Food safety comes first
Everything at The Q is designed around the end consumer. We standardize cleaning and sanitizing procedures, require end-of-session resets, and maintain clear scheduling and accountability so the kitchen remains safe, compliant, and ready for the next operator.
CURRENT STATUS
The Q is permitted and in the final pre-launch phase. We are onboarding operators and building the initial schedule now.

- Founding operator rates may be offered during launch onboarding, subject to availability
