We’re Permitted — Now Scheduling Tours and Initial Operator Onboarding

The Q is a permitted shared-use commercial kitchen and commissary in Boaz, Alabama. We’re now in the final pre-launch phase: onboarding operators, answering fit questions, and building the first working schedule.

If you’re a baker, caterer, food truck, or small producer who needs a professional kitchen without building one from scratch, a tour is the best next step. We’ll walk through the facility, discuss your equipment needs, storage needs (dry/cooler/freezer), and the number of hours you expect to book each week.

How onboarding works (simple):

  1. Tour + fit check
  2. Choose a tier based on your expected hours
  3. Schedule time blocks in advance (including setup and cleanup)
  4. Operate safely and reset the space for the next operator
