What this is
Q Slow-Smoked (REAL Q) is an example of what a serious operator can produce using The Q with Tier 3 scheduling (40 booked hours/month) plus the Smoker Add-On.
Why “REAL Q”?
REAL Q is our shorthand for doing barbecue the old-fashioned way. We slow-smoke with 100% hardwood—always. We do not use charcoal as a starter and we do not use any gas assist. The result is clean, honest smoke flavor and consistent low-and-slow barbecue you can taste.
How It Works at The Q (Tier 3 + Smoker Add-On)
- Tier 3: 40 booked hours/month (scheduled blocks; includes setup & cleanup)
- Smoker Add-On: scheduled Lang smoker access + dedicated smoker cleaning program; operator supplies seasoned hardwood
- Food-safety-first: clean → sanitize → reset after every session
